These terms apply to the website musli.day and to buying Musli, a desktop daily planner for macOS, Windows and Linux. Musli is made by Dawid, an independent developer in Poland (“we”). Using the site or buying Musli means you accept these terms.
The waitlist
Musli is in development. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to tell you when Musli can be downloaded or bought, and nothing else. You can ask us to remove it at any time (hello@musli.day).
Buying Musli
Musli is sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT where you live; Polar’s terms apply to the payment itself. The price is shown before you pay and is charged once — Musli is not a subscription.
Pre-orders
While Musli is in development it is sold as a pre-order: you pay now and we email you the download link when the first version is ready. We do not promise a release date. Until you can download Musli, you can ask for a full refund at any time.
The license
What you may do with the app is set out in the license agreement (EULA). In short: one license is for one person, on all of their own computers.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Details are in the refund policy. Consumers in the EU and the UK also keep their statutory rights.
Google Calendar
Musli connects to Google Calendar with your permission. Google’s own terms apply to your Google account. You can disconnect Musli in its settings or in your Google account at any time.
Limits of liability
Musli and the site are provided as they are. We work to keep your planner reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change materially affects buyers, we tell them by email before it takes effect.
