Privacy Policy

Updated

We collect as little as possible. The website knows only what you type into the waitlist form; the app keeps your planner on your own computer.

Who is responsible

Musli is made by Dawid, an independent developer in Poland, who decides how the data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@musli.day.

On the website

  • Waitlist. Your email address, the page you joined from and the time. Used only to email you about Musli’s release. Kept until Musli launches and you have had that email, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and stop abuse.
  • No tracking. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. See Cookies.

In the app

Your events, tasks and settings are stored on your computer. Musli has no server that receives your calendar or tasks.

When you connect Google Calendar, Musli asks Google for permission to read and change your calendars and events, so it can show your meetings and save the changes you make. That data goes directly between your computer and Google. It is not sent to us, not shared with anyone, and not used for advertising or to train AI models. Musli’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google in Musli’s settings or remove access in your Google account.

Purchases

When you buy Musli, Polar (our merchant of record) processes your name, email, payment details and billing address to take the payment and meet tax rules. We receive your email and order details to deliver the license and help you. We never see your card number.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, waitlist storage), Polar (payments), and our email provider (to answer and send email). We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and your rights

Waitlist emails rest on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Purchases rest on the contract with you; security logs on our legitimate interest in a working site. Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or take your data elsewhere — write to hello@musli.day. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

We will update this page when what we collect changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
