If Musli is not right for you, you get your money back.
Pre-orders
If you pre-ordered Musli, you can ask for a full refund at any time until the download is available to you, for any reason. After that, the 14 days below apply from the day we send you the download link.
14 days, no questions asked
Write to hello@musli.day within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with or with your order number, and we refund the full price. You do not have to give a reason.
After 14 days
If something does not work as described after 14 days, write to us anyway. We look at every case and refund when Musli could not do what this site said it does.
EU and UK consumers
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. This policy gives you at least that, whether or not you have already downloaded the app.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Once approved, the money usually arrives within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. After a refund the license is cancelled.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a chargeback with your bank. It is faster, and we will refund within the rules above.
