License Agreement (EULA)

Updated

This agreement is between you and Dawid, the developer of Musli (“we”). It applies when you install or use the Musli desktop app.

1. The license

When you buy Musli, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on all computers that you personally use, on macOS, Windows and Linux. One license is for one person. A company buying for several people needs one license per person.

2. What you may not do

  • share your license key or the app with other people;
  • resell, rent or sublicense the app;
  • remove the license check or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

3. Updates

Updates we publish for the version you bought are included at no extra cost. A future major version may be sold separately; the version you have keeps working.

4. Your data

Your planner is stored on your computer. You are responsible for your own backups. How the app handles Google Calendar data is described in the privacy policy.

5. Open-source components

Musli includes open-source software. Those components stay under their own licenses, listed in the app.

6. Warranty and liability

Musli is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty beyond what the law requires and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Ending the license

The license ends if you break this agreement or receive a refund. You then stop using the app and delete it.

8. Law

Polish law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
